Lead and participate in support and operations of Ericsson Wallet Platform including patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Work within multinational, multi-site teams supporting a 24/7 shift roster with possible onsite travel.
Support new integrations and deployments according to business requirements, ensuring customer issues are addressed effectively.
Minimum Requirements
4-8 years of practical experience in infrastructure engineering or related roles.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent (B.E./B.Tech/MCA).
Mandatory skills: Kubernetes, Linux-Redhat, Networking fundamentals including F5 Loadbalancer and Switching.
Must have excellent communication skills in English; Swedish language skills are advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working in multinational, multi-cultural team environments and comfortable with 24/7 shift rotations and onsite support travel.
Strong customer orientation evidenced by ability to handle end-customers and resolve issues effectively.
Proficient in end-to-end troubleshooting with additional skills in Ansible, scripting, AWS cloud, Azure, and Terraform considered a plus.
