Experienced in handling remote support for complex Data Centre infrastructure and technologies with a strong technical foundation in networking and storage solutions.
Proficient in following and maintaining strict process controls, incident management, and configuration management in a hybrid working environment.
Skilled at working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to rapidly identify and resolve service incidents.
