Minimum Requirements
5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Java, NodeJS, or similar backend languages.
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and modern deployment practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable backend systems in fintech or compliance domains.
Comfortable owning full lifecycle of features from requirements through deployment and monitoring.
Able to collaborate effectively across product, compliance, and customer success teams.
