Serve as Oil & Gas domain expert bridging business stakeholders, domain specialists, and engineering teams.
Gather, analyze, and translate Oil & Gas business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Validate solution designs, execute end-to-end workflows, support UAT and ensure alignment with industry practices and stakeholder objectives.
Minimum Requirements
6-15 years of Business Analysis experience.
Strong understanding of Oil & Gas business processes and operational workflows.
Experience with Azure DevOps and prior exposure to domain data models.
Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, domain experts, product managers, and software engineers.
Skilled at translating complex Oil & Gas business concepts into clear product requirements and functional specifications.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and understanding of Oil & Gas upstream, midstream, or downstream operations is a plus.
