Minimum Requirements
4 to 6 years of software development experience.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related STEM field.
Proficiency in Java 8, Data Structures & Algorithms, Microservices, REST APIs, JSON, Kafka, Spring Boot, Maven, and GIT.
Experience with RDBMS & NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Linux/Unix, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building highly scalable, low latency applications using multi-threaded, asynchronous, and reactive programming.
Demonstrates strong skills in system design, design patterns, and performance analysis.
Comfortable working in a nimble Agile environment contributing to architecture and cross-geography technical challenges.
