Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of experience in comprehensive software testing activities.
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, API/Web Services testing, Java or Python, and SQL.
Excellent communication skills; experience with Capital Markets (Equities, Futures, Options) is a plus but not mandatory.

Experienced in end-to-end QA leadership within agile development environments focusing on automated testing for web applications.
Technical proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting to drive quality improvements independently.
Ability to analyze business domains for test coverage gaps and work collaboratively with product and support teams to align testing with dynamic market needs.
