About This Role

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale AI-powered, cloud-native solutions using Azure and platform engineering principles.

Drive adoption and integration of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI/ML platforms, and automation organization-wide.

Mentor engineering teams, define technical strategy, and lead cross-functional initiatives including DevSecOps and operational excellence.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

10+ years of software engineering experience with architecture and technical leadership responsibilities.

Deep experience with Azure Public Cloud, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD DevSecOps practices.

Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and AI/ML including Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG frameworks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced leader capable of influencing architecture decisions across multiple teams and driving complex technical initiatives.

Strong domain expertise in cloud-native architectures and AI/ML platform development, especially in an enterprise environment.

Operates effectively at the intersection of software engineering, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and DevSecOps with a focus on scalability, security, and reliability.
