Experienced in technical support roles involving Data Centre infrastructure with hands-on knowledge of Cisco, EMC, Dell, Avaya technologies.
Skilled in working with service assurance tools, incident management, and maintaining configuration items securely and accurately.
Capable of independently managing incident resolution processes while collaborating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams in a hybrid work environment.
