About This Role
- Lead design, development, testing, debugging, and enhancement of complex software solutions primarily using Java and related technologies in Charles River IMS modules.
- Provide technical leadership on product architecture and critical problem resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts and Product Managers.
- Drive technical excellence including code review, automation testing, troubleshooting mission-critical client implementations, and advancing agile development practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related technical field required; MS degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 13 years of professional software engineering experience with minimum 6 years in financial services domain (Portfolio Management, Trading, Compliance, Post-Trade, IBOR, or Wealth Management) desired.
- Proven expertise in Java, C#, SQL, JavaScript, microservices, Kubernetes; knowledge of Kafka, Snowflake, and cloud-native services (Azure a bonus).
- Experience working in Agile development environment for minimum 5 years.
