Manage database operations, perform analysis to detect trends or anomalies, and support migration to modern automation platforms such as Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.
Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of experience in Python development; knowledge of SQL and complex query solving is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
Experience with automation tools like Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, or Blue Prism is highly desirable.
Flexible schedule to support business needs across different time zones and proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced automation developer comfortable working with multiple automation technologies and scripting languages, especially Python.
Able to work collaboratively with technical and business teams including CAT modeling SMEs and analysts, indicating a cross-functional operating style.
Capable of managing process documentation, training end users, and complying with administrative and reporting requirements, demonstrating a detail-oriented and structured approach.
