Minimum Requirements
Experience leading or coordinating complex testing or platform support activities in a telecom environment.
Expert knowledge of LTE, 5G NSA, 5G SA architectures, and mobility services including Voice, Messaging, VoLTE, VoWiFi, IR92, IR94, WPS, RTT, HTTP, N11.
Proficiency in Jira for defect and operational workflow management; strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Location: Bangalore, India; Offshore role requiring daily collaboration with U.S. stakeholders and overlapping work hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in automation-first operational practices and supporting load/performance testing platforms (e.g., LoadCore, Landslide, Spirent).
Capable of handling 24x7 support models with global follow-the-sun coordination involving US, Europe, and India.
Skilled at vendor and cross-functional coordination to resolve complex technical issues and improve platform reliability and scalability.
