Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or hybrid BA/PO role.
Proficiency with enterprise systems: CRM, ECM, HR platforms, ServiceNow; and tools: JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, SQL.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architectures, database design, and Agile (Scrum, Kanban) delivery models.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years; Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working within regulated financial or banking domains, familiar with frameworks like IFRS 9, AML/KYC, Basel compliance.
Ability to bridge strategic business requirements with technical execution in Enterprise and Pharma/Media tech contexts.
Skilled in communicating complex requirements to executive stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional engineering and data teams.
