Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business management and transformation projects across global locations, ensuring alignment to business priorities and timely escalation of risks and issues.

Ability and willingness to travel and relocate to different global delivery locations as needed.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools; Project Management Certification (PMP or Prince II) is a plus.
Experienced leader with strategic oversight of global transformation projects and capacity management in financial services context.
Strong governance and reporting expertise with capability to standardize PMO frameworks and drive continuous improvement.
Proven stakeholder management skills with ability to engage senior leadership and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
