Facilitate and lead Agile Scrum projects using SAFe methodology, coordinating multiple scrum teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time with quality.
Manage and optimize product backlog, conduct scrum ceremonies, and drive sprint activities with JIRA and Agile best practices.
Support Agile Release Train (ART) collaboration, remove impediments, and promote high-performing team dynamics including AI/ML project lifecycle facilitation (good to have).
Minimum Requirements
6+ years total enterprise experience with at least 4 years in agile project delivery and scrum master roles.
Strong expertise in SAFe Agile methodology and affiliated certifications (SSM, SASM, SA - preferred).
Mandatory skills in JIRA for backlog management, reporting, and project tracking.
Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in science or engineering; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Scrum Master capable of leading multiple scrum teams and coordinating across diverse technical and business stakeholders in Agile environments.
Technical proficiency or background sufficient to understand web/mobile development languages and cloud platforms to align delivery with business needs.
Competent in project risk management, Agile coaching, and collaboration on Agile Release Trains, preferably with exposure to AI/ML and cloud/infrastructure projects.
