Support and draft public company SEC filings including Forms 10K, 10Q, 8K, and related amendments using financial accounting outputs.
Partner with accounting leadership, FP&A, legal, and auditors to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and timely completion of filings.
Maintain and prepare SOX 404(a) documentation, internal control testing, and audit-ready workpapers while improving reporting workflows.
Minimum Requirements
1 to 3 years of public accounting reporting experience, preferably in a US company.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com / BBA).
Working knowledge of SEC financial reporting concepts and disclosure requirements including US GAAP.
Advanced Excel proficiency and experience extracting/reconciling financial data from ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience drafting substantial portions of SEC filings and working with publicly traded companies.
Strong foundational understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple deadlines during quarter-end and year-end close cycles.
