Own and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, cost optimisation, and working capital management.
Build and implement robust finance processes, internal controls, MIS, reporting systems, and financial models to support strategic financial planning and investor readiness.
Lead accounting, tax, statutory compliance, and ensure strong financial governance to support fundraising, investor relations, and due diligence.
Minimum Requirements
Experience Required: 15-18 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a business finance role.
Mandatory location: Thane Head Office.
Required Education: MBA Finance preferred.
Must have expertise in managing end-to-end finance function including P&L, compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and statutory filings.
