Own and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, cost optimisation, and working capital management.
Build and implement robust finance processes, internal controls, MIS, reporting systems, and financial models to support strategic financial planning and investor readiness.
Lead accounting, tax, statutory compliance, and ensure strong financial governance to support fundraising, investor relations, and due diligence.
