Minimum Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years post-qualification experience.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Ind AS accounting standards and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally).
Proven experience managing statutory audit closure, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Work Location: Bangalore. Work Experience Required: 10 to 15 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in fast-scaling or process-heavy finance organizations with demonstrated ownership in building and improving finance processes.
Able to operate effectively under ambiguity and tight, non-negotiable regulatory deadlines, especially in pre-IPO contexts.
Practical expertise in implementing AI-driven efficiencies in finance workflows such as automation of reconciliations and variance analysis.
