Own and build the end-to-end finance function including monthly close, revenue recognition, statutory audit, collections, and compliance across US and India entities.

Develop FP&A processes including annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, cash flow management, and implement financial systems beyond spreadsheets, scaling a small finance team.
Minimum Requirements
CA qualification with 8–12 years post-qualification experience.
Direct ownership experience of monthly close and statutory audit processes.
Working fluency in Indian startup compliance requirements: GST, TDS, ROC, FEMA, ESOP taxation.
Experience with multi-entity finance (US and India) and usage-based revenue recognition is preferred but not explicitly mandated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced finance leader with hands-on ownership of financial controls and audit in startup or scale-up environment, comfortable with building systems in a growing company.
Able to translate complex margin and burn issues to both technical and executive stakeholders, capable of constructive data-driven debate with CEO.
Experienced in multi-entity financial operations across India and US, with a working knowledge of SaaS or usage-based business revenue and cloud infrastructure cost modeling.
