Become an expert in the Luminate Online fundraising platform and execute system configurations for clients during implementations and ongoing use.
Perform client support tasks including sending email campaigns, preparing reports, updating content, and conducting quality control tests for both standard and custom functionality.
Assist senior Business Analysts in services engagements and prepare documentation for both internal and client use.
Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year of full-time professional experience.
Technical aptitude with basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (developer skills not required).
Excellent written English and ability to work during EST business hours (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST) including occasional after-hours support.
Knowledge or understanding of online fundraising for NGOs/non-profits.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with client-facing roles supporting software platforms for fundraising or non-profit sectors.
Able to multitask across concurrent projects and meet client agreed deadlines.
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones and collaborating with US-based teams remotely.
