Minimum Requirements
7+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience in large commercial tenants (10K+ users).
Deep expertise with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams administration, and Microsoft Purview compliance tools.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API automation.
Work Experience Required: 7+ years in Microsoft 365 enterprise administration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing M365 deployments with strong governance and compliance focus, preferably in regulated environments.
Technically proficient in automation scripting and security controls aligned with zero-trust principles.
Familiar with advanced collaboration and compliance features such as Viva Insights, Microsoft Copilot, and integration with Power Platform and ITSM tools.
