Data Operations Manager

Own and manage end-to-end data collection and annotation operations supporting perception and robot-learning teams, including protocols, workforce management, quality controls, and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute curated data collection plans and maintain dataset versions with provenance and compliance.

Build reporting dashboards and partner with ML engineers to identify data priorities based on model performance diagnostics.

Minimum 2 years experience in data operations, annotation, data collection, ML operations, or related program management.

Minimum 2 years experience managing external agencies and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, data, operations, or related fields.

Demonstrated experience leading people or vendors to deliver quality-controlled datasets on schedule.

Experienced in converting ambiguous model requirements into clear annotation workflows and guidelines with strong operational rigor.

Skilled in managing multi-stakeholder workflows involving internal teams and external vendors, with emphasis on quality, throughput, and cost control.

Familiarity with sensor-rich ML domains such as computer vision, robotics, or autonomous systems, and relevant tools like spreadsheets, dashboards, annotation platforms, and basic SQL/Python.
