Data Analyst

Own end-to-end delivery of accurate utility tariff calculation models for billing and analytics, ensuring updates align with business and regulatory changes.

Lead sprint ceremonies and Agile Scrum practices, mentor team members, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve tariff logic issues and discrepancies.

Identify and implement automation and process improvements to enhance accuracy, reduce manual effort, and ensure quality control in tariff modeling workflows.

6-8 years of industry experience with proven team leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related analytical disciplines.

Strong proficiency with Python, SQL, and Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data analysis functions).

Experience developing tariff calculation models or equivalent analytical solutions; Work Experience Required: 6-8 years. Hybrid worklocation in Pune, India.

Experienced in utility tariff modeling, preferably with exposure to energy or utility billing analytics sectors.

Demonstrated ability to lead delivery teams and perform stakeholder communication and management in cross-functional settings.

Operationally strong in Agile Scrum environments with focus on quality delivery, continuous improvement, and automation in data analytics processes.
