15+ years experience as a business analyst in financial markets with strong understanding of financial products and front-to-back trade lifecycle.
Work Experience Required: 15+ years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in bridging technical and business teams in a bilingual (Japanese-English) financial IT environment supporting Wealth Management and Investment Banking.
Able to define, organize, and communicate complex business and functional requirements clearly to developers and stakeholders.
Familiar with regulatory reporting, financial products (Rates, Credit, FX, Equity), and usage of tools like Jira, Gitlab in a global agile delivery setup.
