Develop and maintain automated and performance testing scripts for a Java, Spring Boot, and React web application on AWS, focusing on service, integration, and data layers.
Design and execute test plans including accessibility (WCAG standards), API, and functional testing in an Agile environment to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with development teams to contribute to bug fixes, feature development, and framework improvements while capturing QA metrics and performing risk analysis.
Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing and/or development with hands-on Java programming skills (Java 17+).
Experience with testing REST/JSON APIs, event-driven microservices, and automated test framework design.
Working knowledge of AWS services (SQS, S3, Secrets Manager/SSM Parameter Store) and familiarity with GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and Git multi-branch workflows.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Experience working on cloud-native, distributed applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures with an emphasis on automation frameworks.
Strong expertise testing asynchronous, message-driven workflows and data stores such as Redis within a continuous integration environment.
Proven ability to bridge development and QA roles by contributing to automation, code quality, and performance testing in agile teams.
