Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering.
8+ years of experience in testing and automation within optical networking domains.
Proven experience with SONET/SDH/OTN/DWDM systems certification and knowledge of ROADM and optical amplifier line cards.
Hands-on experience with optical test equipment (test sets, optical spectrum analyzers) and programming/scripting in Python, Perl, or similar languages.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Expertise in optical network equipment design and software integration at the node/link level involving FCAPS and power management.
Experience influencing testing strategy at a strategic level within fast-evolving, carrier-grade optical networking product environments.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across test, design, architecture, and system engineering teams to deliver reliable product releases.
