7–12+ years of hands-on DevOps/SRE experience supporting production platforms with microservices and APIs.
Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes administration, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred), Terraform, and Splunk.
Experience in production incident triage, debugging, root cause analysis, and platform support.
Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders; role is India-based with initial PST overlap for KT phase.

Senior-level engineer with explicit platform engineering focus supporting API and application hosting in AWS and Kubernetes environments.
Demonstrates strong ownership and ownership of production stability, reliability, and performance improvements in complex distributed systems.
Experienced working in distributed teams with multi-vendor ecosystems and cross-team collaboration requiring clear technical communication and incident management.
