Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in HR technology focusing on Workday integrations.
Technical proficiency with Workday Studio, EIBs, Packaged Connectors, Webservices, and experience integrating ADP Payroll Solutions (GlobalView, Celergo, Streamline) using Workday PECI and related technologies.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in relevant HR technology domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with complex Workday integration environments involving enterprise payroll and benefits systems.
Capable of analyzing current integration states and leading execution of complex solutions end to end.
Strong communicator able to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders and align integration efforts with broader enterprise strategic vision.
