Proven experience leading UI technical design and mentoring engineers; experience implementing CI/CD for front-end applications with automated quality gates.
Disciplined use and leadership of AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude AI) with secure and validated outputs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise web application development with a strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies including CI/CD and security.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams by setting standards and driving adoption of modern front-end architecture and responsible AI practices.
Background or familiarity with financial services industry IT systems and practical cloud-native development experience.
