Design, develop, and enhance business-critical applications primarily using Java, Spring Boot (60% backend) and ReactJS (40% UI).
Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, speed, and productivity while ensuring secure coding standards through validation.
Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Front Office, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions supporting global investment compliance workflows and drive automation and operational excellence using observability, SRE, and DevOps practices.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
Hands-on full-stack development experience with ReactJS or equivalent modern UI frameworks.
Experience with AI-assisted software development tools with capability to evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years in software engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in both backend and frontend development with emphasis on Java and ReactJS in a complex, regulated environment such as financial services or asset management.
Comfortable using modern software delivery practices including CI/CD, Git, automated testing, Agile, and applying AI tools effectively within the SDLC.
Skilled in applying observability, SRE, DevOps, and automation to enhance platform reliability and efficiency for globally critical applications.
