Own and define the technical strategy and architecture for Ford’s global Data Loss Prevention (DLP) program using Microsoft Purview and Sentinel, including policy design and roadmap development.
Apply machine learning and AI techniques to enhance data classification accuracy, reduce false positives, and strengthen threat detection at enterprise scale.
Lead complex DLP incident investigations, automate workflows and data pipelines, manage API integrations, and deliver executive-level DLP metrics to senior leadership.
Engineering or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
5+ years in Cybersecurity with at least 3 years focused on DLP or data governance.
3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and/or Sentinel in a large enterprise.
2+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including securing data across cloud environments.
Experienced leader capable of translating ambiguous business requirements into technical roadmaps and securing stakeholder buy-in at senior levels.
Proficient in integrating DLP tooling into broader cybersecurity ecosystems and driving continuous improvement using ML/AI technologies.
Able to mentor and guide junior engineers while acting as a technical role model influencing enterprise-wide data protection strategy.
