Build, test, and document AI/ML/GenAI solution components and execute evaluation plans under senior guidance within a regulated financial environment.
Prepare and analyze data, troubleshoot defects, and contribute to reusable code and documentation to support progression of AI use cases from experimentation to implementation.
Collaborate effectively with global teams, maintaining quality, clear communication, and adherence to governance and Responsible AI requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience in Data management, IT, financial services, or related disciplines with hands-on AI/advanced analytics delivery.
Working proficiency in Python and SQL, with exposure to data science, ML, or GenAI libraries and notebook environments.
Experience with data preparation, model evaluation, testing, documentation, and basic monitoring concepts.
Role is Hybrid based in Bangalore. Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years with Bachelor's or 8 years with High School Diploma/GED.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in hands-on AI/ML/genAI solution development and testing, beyond academic coursework, with practical delivery expertise.
Strong in technical execution with attention to detail, problem solving, and capability to progress toward technical independence under guidance.
Familiar with working in regulated financial or enterprise environments, supporting governance, responsible AI principles, and cross-functional global collaboration.
