Technical Project Manager – Project Enablement

Own coordination of engineering project setup activities including workspace establishment and compliance adherence.

Manage cross-functional collaboration among engineering, IT, legal, procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure project startup and infrastructure requirements are met.

Develop and maintain project metrics, automate enablement and reporting processes, and escalate risks related to compliance and IP governance.

5+ years of experience in technical program/project management, engineering operations, IT, or related field.

Familiarity with engineering development workflows and tools; SOC/ASIC development experience is beneficial.

Knowledge of compliance, third-party IP management, vendor/contractor governance processes.

Experience with process improvement and automation tools such as Python or Power BI is beneficial.

Experienced in managing complex technical projects involving multiple global cross-functional teams.

Strong operational focus on process governance, tracking, risk identification, and reporting within engineering environments.

Comfortable working with compliance policies, IP governance, and infrastructure setup in engineering projects.
