Own and execute quality programs for Global Operations Quality AOP, managing full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across Product Groups, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Field Quality, and Analytics to meet program schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
Maintain program KPIs and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to ensure transparency, data accuracy, audit-readiness, and provide clear communication to leadership on progress, risks, and status.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience; or Master’s degree with 6+ years experience; or equivalent.
6+ years of experience in project or program management with cross-functional coordination.
Analytical skills to interpret data for decision-making; experience driving KPI-driven execution and follow-through in quality programs.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 6 years related experience in project or program management.
Experienced project/program manager skilled in leading complex cross-functional teams with accountability for schedules, budgets, and quality outcomes.
Strong knowledge of quality systems and structured problem-solving methodologies like 8D, and experience with continuous improvement and quality projects.
Familiar with program management tools (MS Project, QuickBase), methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and change management practices to deliver measurable improvements and sustain long-term success.
