Lead strategic organic growth engagements for enterprise clients across SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
Own end-to-end delivery of organic growth programs including strategy, execution, analytics, and client reporting, ensuring measurable business outcomes like traffic and revenue growth.
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams and serve as primary client liaison for enterprise SEO and AI-driven search strategies.
Minimum Requirements
8-12+ years of experience in SEO, Organic Growth, or Digital Marketing Consulting with minimum 5+ years managing enterprise SEO for large websites.
Strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content Strategy, Site Architecture, Keyword Research, Core Web Vitals, Indexation, International SEO, and associated analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
Work location Bengaluru with on-site requirement 3 days/week.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing enterprise SEO programs with a track record of driving measurable improvements in organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Comfortable advising senior client stakeholders and leading executive-level strategic planning and business reviews.
Familiarity with AI-powered discovery platforms, GEO, and emerging AI search ecosystems like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity is highly advantageous.
