Experienced in managing complex global Payroll/Benefits integrations within multicultural, global environments, preferably within large FMCG/FMHG sectors.
Strong technical leadership capability with skills in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and managing secure data exchange compliant with SOX and ITIL standards.
Proven ability to manage product financials, third-party vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for integration products.
