Senior Technical Specialist, AI Solutions : Delhi

Own end-to-end enterprise customer engagements: technical discovery, solution design, build, deployment, and production grade hardening of AI agent systems.

Translate real-world workflows into deterministic AI agents on the DevRev platform with measurable business impact, working directly across engineering, operations, and executive teams.

Drive integration, debugging, evaluation, and scaling of production AI agents with responsibility for outcomes, including operational metrics and customer adoption.

8–10 years experience in customer-facing technical roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise software (e.g. forward-deployed engineering, solution delivery).

Hands-on experience building LLM-based systems in production, including agent orchestration, prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation, and evaluation.

Proficient in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, strong with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns; comfortable with SQL and customer data.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; must be based on-site at client locations with sustained full-time presence during engagements.

Able to operate effectively in unstructured, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders and shifting scope.

Experienced in designing deterministic workflow or state-machine systems for AI agents, ensuring reliability in complex, regulated, or high-volume enterprise domains.

Strong communicator skilled at articulating technical architectures to engineers and ROI/business impact to CXOs; capable of shaping technical scope and delivery plans with clear estimates.
