Manage end-to-end bot lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and hyper care with minimal support, ensuring bots run 24*7 with minimal human intervention.
Measure and report business impact of automation initiatives, track bot KPIs, and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive automation adoption.
Minimum 4 years overall IT experience.
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (A360) and Microsoft Power Platform in bot design, building, and infrastructure maintenance.
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET, along with SQL and VB scripting.
Experience building and managing bots for at least 8 to 10 complex processes with full lifecycle management.
Experience in automating API, web, and windows-based applications, including attended and unattended bots.
Ability to create solution design documents and conduct process discovery workshops with business stakeholders.
Exposure to Azure logic apps, cognitive services, AI/ML skills, and knowledge of CRMs and Microsoft tools is advantageous.
