Lead end-to-end migration of Azure Synapse Analytics environments to Microsoft Fabric with minimal business disruption.
Develop and execute migration strategies including planning, validation, performance tuning, and post-migration optimization.
Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and modern data warehousing solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL Server, ADLS Gen2, CosmosDB, and Blob storage.
10 to 18 years of experience including hands-on work with Azure Synapse Analytics to Microsoft Fabric migration projects.
Advanced proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL, expertise with Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, CosmosDB, Python, Databricks, and Event Hub.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Engineering, or a related field.
Immediate availability preferred (Notice period: Immediate preferred).
Experienced in migration planning, execution, validation, and tuning for large-scale Azure Synapse to Microsoft Fabric projects.
Strong expertise in Azure data platform components and modern data warehouse design operating in complex cloud-native environments.
Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert and/or Azure Data Engineer Associate aligned with migration leadership and governance responsibilities.
