Lead and support projects across Securities Operations, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
Monitor operational risks and controls, including incident tracking, escalation, risk assessments, and governance improvements.

Willingness to work Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM or 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM.
Working knowledge of data analytics and automation tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Xceptor.
Experienced in business analysis and project management supporting initiatives from planning to execution in Securities Operations.
Strong stakeholder management with ability to lead discussions with senior management and cross-functional partners.
Proven ability in risk management, incident management, control optimization, and process improvement within a banking or securities operations environment.
