Experienced in designing, operating or improving governance processes and audit-ready financial controls, with strong knowledge of internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders across countries and functions, translate policy into practical routines, and maintain high-quality, evidence-based documentation.
Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement, standardisation, and operating model transformation in matrix organizations while maintaining strong control standards.
