Own and manage organizational-level Gong platform configuration, security controls, and CRM (Salesforce) integration including authentication and permissions.
Administer user lifecycle management: provisioning, deprovisioning, role assignment, access reviews with least-privilege access principles.
Provide operational insights, troubleshoot integration issues, maintain platform governance, and partner with cross-functional teams for reporting and business workflows.
Minimum 3+ years experience administering Gong including access controls and configuration governance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience with IT systems administration/business systems support for enterprise SaaS tools.
Experience managing or supporting CRM integrations, Salesforce preferred.
Experienced in shared ownership model managing high-risk admin controls alongside business teams.
Capable of structured problem solving, with strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to work US business hours (01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST) supporting collaboration and occasional after-hours support.
