Manage and process RFQs for pumps and packages for both domestic and global customers including intercompany.
Create, approve, and follow up on technical and commercial quotations using CRM, ensuring compliance with trade and technical requirements.
Coordinate technical and commercial clarifications internally with Engineering, Operations, Sales, distributors, and customer service to ensure smooth order execution.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or BE degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2 to 3 years professional experience in the pump industry.
Experience with reciprocating pumps and packages preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, analyzing technical and business documents) and MS Office skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Operations, and Sales to coordinate order and quotation management processes.
Familiarity with CRM systems to handle quotation workflows and approvals.
Comfortable working in a sales support role focused on technical consultation within the pump or industrial equipment domain.
