Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience in banking, consulting, or financial services with focus on Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
MBA (Finance preferred) or equivalent education/experience.
Strong experience in nCino/Salesforce projects with Business Analyst or Product Owner roles.
Proficiency in SQL and SOQL, knowledge of Risk Management & CRM domain, system integrations, and source to target mapping.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs, especially in Risk and CRM within banking or financial services.
Hands-on with Agile methodologies acting as Product Owner and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools responsibly for analysis and reporting, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
