Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant (Process Excellence, WFM, Reporting)

Advise leadership on technology strategies addressing complex business and technical challenges across multiple lines of business or enterprise-wide.

Lead development and execution of large-scale, long-term solutions aligning with organizational goals and technology priorities.

Drive strategic initiatives and provide expertise on implementing innovative, cross-functional business technology solutions.

Minimum 7 years in Information Technology supporting Business Services or equivalent experience.

Deep expertise in process engineering including Lean/Six Sigma, BPM, workflow redesign, and continuous improvement.

Proven experience with automation using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation technologies.

Strong skills in data analytics with Power BI, operational metrics, capacity planning, and process intelligence.

Experienced in leading large-scale transformation programs delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and risk reduction.

Ability to leverage emerging technologies including Generative AI (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Tachyon) for business process enhancement rather than deep AI engineering.

Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and drive adoption of continuous improvement culture across cross-functional teams.
