Willingness to work fixed or rotating non-standard shifts, including the NAMER window (22:00–06:00 IST).
Deep technical knowledge and problem-solving skills in floating-license server operations and license compliance within software asset management environments.
Experience working independently as a technical authority without supervisory duties, setting standards and coaching junior analysts on processes and practices.
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (Python, UiPath), and with coordination of publisher audits, contract negotiation preparation, and legal compliance in licensing.
