Own and manage the end-to-end disaster recovery (DR) program including development, updating, testing, and incident coordination.
Lead DR plan creation, recovery sequencing, testing exercises, live incident response, and continuous improvement post-events.
Coordinate across IT infrastructure, applications, security, and business teams to align DR with evolving technology and risk profiles; report program status to senior management and support audits.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Risk Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, IT operations or infrastructure with at least 2 years in coordination or management.
Proven experience developing/executing DR plans and leading recovery exercises with working knowledge of recovery metrics (RTO, RPO, BIA).
Location requirement: Mumbai, India.
Experienced in managing complex DR programs involving multi-technology IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP).
Capable of cross-functional coordination and calm leadership during high-pressure recovery incidents involving multiple teams and vendors.
Familiarity with DR standards and frameworks (ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34) and experience in regulated industries is a plus.
