Procurement Operations Specialist

Manage purchase order process for local and global buying through procurement system, ensuring accuracy and compliance before order release.

Serve as a key contact for procurement process queries, provide training to improve understanding and tool adoption.

Collaborate with Accounts Payable and internal teams to resolve purchasing and invoicing issues and drive continuous improvements in procurement operations.

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

5-7 years experience in procurement operations, purchasing, or related roles.

Experience with eProcurement systems (e.g., Ariba) is preferred but not mandatory.

English language proficiency required; remote work not eligible; no travel requirements.

Experienced in managing end-to-end procure-to-pay processes with operational judgment to handle non-standard cases.

Capable of acting as liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure error-free and efficient procurement operations.

Skilled in training and coaching stakeholders to improve procurement processes and tool adoption, with a focus on continuous operational improvement.
