HPE Networking Finance Operations Analyst

Provide complex financial analysis supporting finance functions or business sub-functions to influence decision-making and drive business initiatives.

Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to guide and influence financial decisions aligned with corporate strategy.

Identify issues within finance processes, propose solutions, support policy and process improvements, and mentor junior analysts.

Bachelor's degree in business or economics required; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.

Typically 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst, with experience in more than one finance function.

Proficiency in financial analysis, accounting principles, and business applications such as Microsoft Excel.

Work arrangement requires hybrid model with approximately 2 days per week onsite at an HPE office.

Experienced financial analyst capable of supporting complex, multi-functional finance activities and business initiatives.

Strong business communication and influencing skills with ability to build relationships across functions.

Analytical professional comfortable leading process improvement and mentoring junior team members.
