Develop management reporting and drive process optimization and automation using Power BI, Alteryx, and Xceptor to enhance efficiency and controls.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in Securities Operations or equivalent through experience, training, military, or education.
Mandatory prior experience in the banking sector; Securities Operations experience preferred.
Willingness to work shift hours: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM or 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM.
Proficiency in Power BI, Alteryx, or Xceptor for data analytics and automation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in business analysis or project management supporting initiatives from planning through execution within Securities Operations.
Skilled in stakeholder management with ability to engage senior management and cross-functional partners effectively.
Strong expertise in operational risk management, incident handling, control optimization, and delivering actionable management insights.
