Own functional, integration, and regression testing for SAP HR and Payroll system changes to ensure quality and stability before production deployment.
Create, maintain, and execute test cases and scenarios, identify defects, and validate that system enhancements meet business requirements without impacting existing functionality.

Bachelor's degree, vocational qualification, or equivalent practical experience.

Familiarity with payroll, time management, workforce administration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
Comfort working in global or multicultural environments with exposure to test automation considered a plus.
